Dragonetti

This is basically the leader of the colony of the sky. Her name is Dragonetti (ends with nety) and she is a master archer to boot. She doesn't use her eyes to see visually but ethereally.
She can see clean into your soul so there is no point in lying to her.

She is also "Aequin" meaning Justice is a virtue that resonates most with her and as a result she was chosen by Aequtas"The giant" to hold control over some of his vast power.

The rings in her wings are basically her ammo reserve to fire arrows but also they are like ballast's that slow her down. She can move at massive speeds when she has used up all her shots. Though she never needed to use more than one to kill an opponent or a large field of monsters.

In the story Emmu does cross paths with this individual and it doesn't turn out like tea and crackers either.
